Pilates Basics. Starting up our next round of mat classes. Over the next few months we will touch on Joseph Pilates' 6 Principles of Movement: Breath, Flow, Control, Precision, Center, Concentration. Join us any time for a great introduction to the Pilates mat work. 

This week Breath and it's applications to pilates form and function. In with the good air out with the bad!
