If you haven't been to Pilates Basics yet, this is a good week to give it a try. We will be reviewing, solving problems and trying some new things.
In the past two months we have covered a lot of material, knee folds to Boomerang, and some big concepts, Flow, Control, Breath, etc. The next few weeks we will review and deepen our pilates practice. From "Beginners Mind" to precise execution, anything can happen...
