Our next round of mat classes starts this week at the usual time 6:30pm on Thursdays. Over the next few months we will touch on Joseph Pilates' 6 Principles of Movement: Breath, Flow, Control, Precision, Center, Concentration. Please join us any time for this great introduction to the Pilates mat work.
This week we are going to start at the beginning and in the beginning was breath. Come learn how to apply breath to Pilates form and function.
