Pilates Basics Introduces Stabilization

This week in the Pilates Basics mat class we will introduce the student to Stability Exercises for strengthening your core, and supporting and aligning the spine. Stability Exercises are designed for all levels of ability and are useful to dancers, athletes, post rehab patients and pilates practitioners. These challenging exercises utilize the core, free up the hips and aim to reduce shoulder/neck tension.
