Pilates Basics is an open level pilates mat class for beginners and experienced students. The class will introduce you to the movement principles and the basic exercises of Joseph Pilates, and you'll get a good workout and stretch as well! The class is taught by Master Teacher Nathaniel Lee (Nathanielleepilates.com) every Thursday evening at 6:30 at the Mark Morris Dance Center. No reservations required.
